wideband tuning

ok guys

i will have my wideband this weekend once fitted what is the best way forward do i use auto tune or another program to get the fueling right

any advice would be great

i like to tune by hand.
otherwise give autotune a go.

for absolute finetuning try mstweak3000, bu i dont use that - prefer my hand (that sounded dirty... :) )

I used Vex-Me to get a good map sorted out, Autotune and target AFR table to get a good VE table up to 130kpa and then over that I also fine tuned by hand.

Ok so what should i do first

wideband installed i have some dodgy ve tables to atart from

now do i just drive it gently while doing a datalog or can i drive it with auto tune on will that set up my map ie ve table??

sorry this is all new got the car idling ok bit lumpy i just an "misinformed person" proof way of doing this without getting to technical

no way dude.....

driving gently with autotune will get you pretty close.

I suppose do just that if you dont want to get too technical, but you will need to eventually get technicla if you want to tonie it right...

if i switch the wideband on in the configurator will the wideband do its stuff while driving or do i need to manualy adjust things
