Just took the plunge on a 20R-'E'

First I'd like to say HI!
I have built 2 Megasquirt's (v2.2 one fuel only and one fuel-n-EDIS, going into my turbo car) and finally just got one running in a 80 Toyota pickup. It is a 20R 2.2L motor running a 296* cam and 2.5" exhaust...Was running the stock 20R carb, but just installed a 40mm x2, throttle body injection from a 302 Ford V8. It has x2 46lb/min injectors and custom throttle stop.
The truck will start and idle, but when any load is put on the motor it stalls and dies. At idle the truck is running WAY rich, pegging out my narrow band O2 and even to the point of blue smoke. When I try to lean it out by adjusting pulse width it'll die. I try to lean it out using my VE tables and again it'll die(too rich). I've tried the help program with minimal success, but I can't get this pig running right.
Please help, I'm shooting out 4' fireballs from my exhaust and the motor seems to be running hot(while running rich, I don't get it??). Does anyone out there have a base map for a 22RE? That would at least get me in the ballpark.
