Rover T16 injector firing ? Which diagram please.

Hi all.
I am a little bit stuck on this one.
I'll be using a MS v2.2 to power the fuel and ignition (Edis) on the rover Ti lump.
I've just come across a little discreetion in the two diagrams relating to the injector wiring.
On the original wiring, injectors 1+4 are twinned but the MS states to twin 1+2.
As the firing order is 1,3,4,2, as I see it, do I connect the injectors as per Rover diagram?.
So the banks are firing alternatively or have I missed something in the Software config in the manual?
