Getting troubles while cranking

I run the latest version of megatune with 029Q extra code. Ms unit is 2.2version. My engine is Mazda 1.8L BPT turbo engine.
I can start the engine, but the car won't have a decent idle. I can't even raise the rpm by the throttle, like if MS still think it's cranking. The car idle very low, like 400rpm, though it's set to 950rpm now.
I've let the stock ECU to play with idle so I think this could be one of my problem.
Now I want MS to control my IAC, wich is (like many mazdas engines) PWM valve.
My questions are,
-how to hook it, DB37 has only one wire while my valves needs to ADC wire? Do I ground the other wire like any other circuit?
-Do I have to modify anything else on the MS 2.2 unit to control the PWM valve?
