Can Megasquirt using on Twinspark engine?

Post by max_75 »

Hi All,

I'm driving a 1989 alfa romeo 75 with 2.0 Twinspark engine. I can't find any success story or more information about Msquirt the engine.

So basically can someone tell me whether the MS can use on Twinspark engine??

Thanks.

If twinspark means twin spark plugs then yes it can be done.

How is it/will it be setup, dual dizzys or coilpacks for wasted spark?

I have been looking to convert my Alfa Twinspark motor to MicroSquirt. Can this be done with coil packs? I am running with a Nissan distrubtor but I would like to get rid of it if I can.
