Warmup different than afterstart? Should they almost match?

You have 4 modes that MS can transition through as the engine starts based on the temperature and settings you enter.
1) Prime pulse - when you power MS it squirts a specified bit of fuel to get it in the system for a (hopefully) quick start. Like pumping the pedal on a carburetor before cranking.
2) Cranking Pulse - squirts the injectors EVERY ignition event to get fuel in there and usually a bit rich so it can catch and start running.
3) After Start Enrichment - once it's 'running' the ASE provides a bit of extra fuel for a limited period of time or cycles to stabilize the engine into...
4) Warmup Enrichment - which is like the choke on a carburetor and continues the extra fuel on a temperature basis that may take several minutes to complete.

You can specify ASE Seconds or Cycles. Most prefer Cycles as it is a finite amount for a finite time depending on rpms. At 1000 rpm, you get 500 cycles per minute (on a 4-stroke), so 250 cycles would be about 30 seconds. If you revved the engine to 2000 rpm during ASE, you'd only get 15 seconds or so, and you can Decay it so it tapers off. BTW - this has nothing to do with the Fast Idle (FIdle) that is set as a different function. Hope that helps.
