Does the HEI 4 pin module control dwell on its own? I was under the impression that it didn't, but I have looked online and seen performance modules from summit, etc that say theirs has more built in dwell.


Also they say the same thing about the 7pin.


Does anybody know?

The 4-pin module does control dwell (it has no ECU connections, so it has to control dwell), the 7-pin module does not. There's lots more here: http://www.megamanual.com/ms2/GM_7pinHEI.htm
