megasquirt-2 no injector pulse

hello guys. I have built and tested my ms-2. code 2.3 Everything was good. Even had car running. (poorly) had to rewire the main and pump relay,s due to a cracked oe relay. Was still working, i just wanted to "FIX" it before a problem occured...
LOW AND BEHOLD> While rewiring... a stray 12v constant wire struck the ms box. not sure if it was the outer case or something inside as the lid was off. But it sparked... Well i finished the wiring properly and have fully tested the car and all is correct..
However, when i attempted to start, no fuel. so i removed the box. tested it on the stim. No injector lights flash. all others operate correctly on the stim and ms. So i reflashed the board. still no injector lights. load different car maps that were curently working and still no injectors.
I have gone back through and checked ALL assembly and have found no problems but do not know what parts to test and what to test for.
Assembly was easy, all my solder joints look good, and it did work before this.
Anyone know what is up? Maybe the ms-2 daughterboard? if so how do i check it?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated. thanks TC.
