Resonable EGO correction values w/ AFR targeting?

I'm running MSnS-E 25n9 code on a v2.2 board.
I finally got my VE table where I think I wanted/needed it. I decided to run full time wide band AFR targeting. I've seen EGO correction values as high as 105-107 and as low as 94-95.
Should I be shooting for numbers closer to 100 or are these pretty common on a well tuned VE table?
Also, what kind of +/- value is normal? I'm set to +/- 5 right now.
Also, on another note, is the reason the AFR targeting table is only 8x8 is because of a lack of available memory? It seems hard to get AFR where I'd want them when the AFR table doesn't have the same resolution as the VE table. Would it be of any advantage to make the AFR values added as an extra dimention on the VE table(a 12x12x2 matrix)? I guess the only thing you'd be saving would be the memory for extra bins on a totaly seperate table.
