Intermitent miss

Ok first off I have a Ms1 v3 board with internal vb921's running the coils and MSnse code 029 (Im pretty sure on that) I have everthing up and running getting a good hot spark and the car starts and idles like stock AF ratio is a little richer than I would like but it dosnt seem to like 14:5-15 vary well. My problem is that under slight acceleration to mid acceleration I get an intermitant miss Im pretty sure its on 2 cyl and that it is ignition doing it not fuel. Also when just free reving this miss is slightly noticeable its just oh so slight though. Also this is a come and go thing somtimes it will do it other times noda. Under full load its completely gone and at idle its not there either. I have tried changing coil packs, Plug wires, cam angle sensor (mitsu 1st gen) I ran a larger power wire to the coil pack, better ground straps, ran a larger power wire to the MS and grounded it better. Everything I can think of without going internal on the MS. I have noticied when runnign that 1 of my vb921's gets conciderabley hotter than the other. Is it possible that one is slightly burned up??? I have a mitsu ignition transistor on the way and will be doing away with the igntiors but Im unsure 100% that it will work. I was wondering if anyone else might have an opinion??? PLEASE HELP!!!
