Here are the specifics:
VW 16v 2.0 n.a. with race cams and ported head
MS-II V3 running 2.36 code
I am using a bosch 124 module w/the hall in the stock dist.
I have everything working except spark
I have a RPM signal w/ the pull up restistor
I have a good inj. signal measured with a noid light.

Ignition options page:
offset -6.0 deg
skip pulse- 3
algorithm -1st high RPM,2nd.....
predictor gain - 20
crank% -50
after start -70
normanl runing -25
capture- rising edge
trigger- trigger rise
coil charge- standard
output- going high inverted

Dwell page:
max duration- 3.1
accel comp- 1
voltage 1- -4.0
volt 2- -2.0
volt 3- 0.0
volt 4- 2.0
volt 5- 4.0
durration 1- 2.4
2- .9
3- 0.0
4- -0.5
5- -0.9

There is nothing strange with the advance table starts at 8.7 at 600 RPM and tops out at 30.5 by 3200 with a natural progression through the table.

Here is the problem: I have no spark. I know the coil and module are good they worked before I took the stock system off. I have gone through the config manual so many times I'm not seeing the forest for the trees right now. Any ideas? I know you guys may want screen shots of the ignition setup. I don't know how to get those to you, so let me know how and I will get you guys everything you need to help me. I am so close to having the car runnign I can taste it, so the frustration level is high right now. Any help would be great.

you cant use the 124 module AND the internal ignitor from what i remember... msg me on aim or yahoo or smoething if you want... pm me too if you like... im runnin ms2 on a 9a with a similar setup minus the head etc

make sure your timing is all set right and your dizzy is installed properly... try setting the trigger angle at different numbers and seeing if it will work... my ms2 car works with 8 degrees on the dizzy and 60 in the trigger offset...
