Relay board???

Will a relay board off a motorcycle work with MicroS?

looking for a small water tight system.

Assuming the fuse box is wired correctly for Microsquirt there should be no reason you can't use your oem fuse box.

I am going to a cycle salvage Fri. , what do I need to look for to make sure it's wired correctly?

If you mean, "what's the simple answer?", that is the simple answer! It may be oversimplifying it if we get any deeper.

Yes. As long as it has relays that switch using the low side of the relay coil.

What is the " low side" of the relay coil?

How would I be able to tell?

Most stock ECU's use "low side switching" to turn stuff on and off. What that means is that the +12v coil lead of the relay is hooked to power all the time, and the ECU completes the circuit to turn on the relay by providing a ground, or a "low" to energise the relay. The same holds true for most of the other loads driven by ECU's such as the injector drive and idle solenoids.
