Hello,
I am trying to get uS to start a Honda CBR 600. I have not been able to get it started. I have two questions.
question 1
what setting is it that changes the cranking advance?

question 2
when I got o basic ignition setting and set trigger offset(deg) to 13deg I get the output below. the took after the missing tooth is at 13deg BTDC. If I change that number to 0 or anything number( I tried up to 300) I get the exact same output, I am wondering if this is a bug, or what I am I doing wrong?

The red line in the pic is the VR output, and the blue line is the output from IGN1.

I have recently struggled with the same thing.

Basically, if you set cranking trigger to "trigger rise", the ECU will fire based solely on the physical location of the pickups. Things like trigger offset, your spark table, and (I believe) rising or falling edge will have no effect. If your pickups (or the crank wheel) are not set such that the trigger occurs near TDC, and are not movable, I don't think you will be able to use trigger rise. If they are movable, you can use trigger rise and move them so they're picking up near TDC, and your trigger offset will probably then be 0.

If you can't (or don't want to) move them, you can set the cranking trigger to "calculated". You should then set the first couple of squares in your spark map to 0 and adjust the trigger offset until your timing light shows spark at TDC. The trigger offset for dual tachs must be negative. So, if this setup initially gives spark at about 40BTDC, set the trigger offset to -320 (40-360).

Hope this helps.
