Sounds like a cool project, my brother has one of those bikes. Unfortunately it's running stock controls as he's not much for mods beyond a taller windscreen and some luggage. I suspect it's a twin trigger setup. Check the trigger arrangement, and if this is the case, you should be able to use stock sensors.
Count me in on this project....

I've recently become interested in the possibility of fuel injection on my EX250 and I've found my way here to the MicroSquirt portion of the MegaSquirt.com website. I'm not one to re-invent the wheel so anything you may have learned/discovered about getting the EX250 fuel injected would be interesting to me. If someone has already cracked this nut I'd like to know about it.
I would like to make this my summer project this year (last year I did Sonic Springs .70, Gold Valve Emulators, Hagon rear shock, Datel voltmeter, HotGrips Heated Grips, Pirelli Sport Demon Front tire, Pirelli Diablo Scooter rear tire, and a digital clock).
Two (or more) heads are better than one, so I'd like to work with you gathering the know-how if you're interested.

I am in the process of fuel injecting/turbocharging my 08 Ninja 250R. See this thread:

Trying to get some spark tonight. More to come.

Me too, probably going to buy one of these bikes this week. Hard part is going to be getting the throttles and other FI pieces to replace the carbs.
See this post....
