Megatune shows wrong RPM

Hi everybody!
I'm a newbie from Holland, trying to fit a Microsquirt into a 1800cc Zetec powered Westfield. Hooked up all the sensors and using the standard Ford VR sensor, coil and Edis module. At first, Megatune showed about 300 rpm while cranking. Now that I've got everything installed, it's only showing about 100 rpm (battery fully charged).
To my best of knowledge, all the wiring is correct, but I do think that the problem is in the wiring.
What am I doing wrong? Can anybody tell me where to look? Thanks!

It's hard to say without more data. Could you please post a copy of your MSQ and a data log of an attempted start?

Thanks for your reply. I'm not very familair with the Microsquirt/Megatune yet, so I'll do my best to upload a log.
I seriously doubt that my settings are right for this setup. Is there any way to get a base map/settings from someone using a simulair setup? I'm trying to decode the manual but I find it hard to read as I'm a bit of a novice to it all.

Obvious thing to kook for us number of cylinders, sometimes it can change back to the default ( 8 cylinders )

I played with the settings a little bit and indeed the number of cylinders was set to 8. Now I've got a steady RPM of 250 while cranking. I suspect that the battery is close to death, so I'll need to get a new one.
I've uploaded a .msq file, but I know some of the settings are still off. I've got some sensor issues and also the MAP sensor reads 33 kpa which should be 100 if I'm correct.
Current setup:
Ford Zetec 1800cc
Original inlet
Original VR senor
EDIS 4

It's alive!
Made a pretty stupid mistake connecting the MAP sensor which resulted in a incorrect MAP signal. Fixed the wiring and it started right away!
I did a lot of reading in the manual, but the autotune function still is a mistery to me. Is it something that is on all the time?
Also, my engine runs a 1500 RPM @ idle. How can get it to idle lower?
Thanks in advance!

By the way...
This is the last msq file. Would love to hear your suggestions.

Get the engine to idle properly and perhaps to drive around the neighborhood before you turn on Autotune. It is really best if you tune the car on your own. Autotune is for getting the last few percent out of the engine.
Assuming the engine is completely warmed up, there are 3 reasons for the high idle: your idle solenoid is still open or the throttle plate is open too much (there should be an adjustment to close it) or there is an air leak somewhere.

...or if none of the above, have you checked the timing? Reducing the ignition advance, and reducing the fuel at idle will lower the rpm.
