MicroSquirt.com read only forum (Jan.15,2018)

Hello,
I am trying to set up a 1983 Honda CB1100F with a Microsquirt V2. I bought the Microsquirt in 2010. Life got in the way and I have only been able to install the fuel injection system this month. I have communication between the laptop and the Microsquirt. I am having issues with finding the correct .ini file to use to set up my sensors and complete the project. I have tried two so far that I found in various links around the forum. They gave me error messages like this:

Project Serial signature: MSII Rev 2.88700

MegaSquirt Serial signature: MSII Rev 2.88600

And the second one I tried:

Project Serial signature: MSII Rev 2.92000

MegaSquirt Serial signature: MSII Rev 2.88600


Can someone please help? Is it as simple as using a .ini file that is version 2.88600? Where can I find one?

It should find the correct INI file if you create a new project while connected to the Internet and the MicroSquirt.

My garage may be out of wireless range from the house. I had not checked to see if my laptop had a signal. I can relocate the wireless router to get a better signal. I will try that tonight.

I relocated the wireless router so I could have internet while plugged into the bike. It worked like a charm. Tuner Studio asked me if I wanted to download the correct .ini file and I said yes. Thank you for the tip!
