hi there

My problem is that whenever i crank the bike the injector pw is 0 and when i released the starter button it goes back to a normal pw. SO... there is no gas injected while i crank so no wonders the bike doesnt start...
i have a microsquirtV3 controller with code 3.830 and im doing my setup in tunerstudio MS. I only want to use fuel injection, i dont want to control ignition.

i have good readings on Rpm , IAT ,ECT, MAP ... (rpm is trigger off a negative coil via opto)
I have check the voltage while cranking on the microsquirt fuse and injector fuses and its about 9-10v...
i have done the injector test mode with great success...
i have reloaded firmware and build a new msq file...
im running 4 high impedance injector but i cant find the setting in tunerstudio to change the power unless i pay for the pro version of the software...

One thing i noticed in tunerstudio is that whenever i crank the bike , the crank state at the bottom screen doesnt light up but my rpm is around 130-150 rpm while cranking!!

heres my msq and datalog

hope somebody can help!!!

The log you posted is showing a 4.5 ms pulse width while the starter is turning. Make sure the injectors and ECU are powered off a wire that still has 12 volts when the starter button is pushed.

TunerStudio Lite does not lock you out of any ECU settings. It's just that MicroSquirts do not do PWM current limiting, so you cannot "change the power".
