Ignition only Kick start on Harley V twin

I am thinking about using a MicroSquirt V3 with dual spark. I have downloaded the TunerStudio software and going through the instructions and setting up a file a getting familiar with how to use the software I have a question about one of the settings under "Base Ignition Settings" the "Skip Pulses" setting will not let me set that down to "0" does that mean the motor is going to have to make 1 revolution before it will start firing ?
I am wanting to use this on higher compression motors. I am basically trying to duplicate The Kick start friendly characteristics of a DynaTek
DS6-2 ignition and then have the tune ability of electronic controlled advance tables. I was going to set MicoSquirt to "Dual Spark" / "Dual inputs' Timing from one cam tooth" Was planing on making a trigger rotor with one slot (or window )and 2 hall effect sensors
Is there a way to set it so it fires the 1st time it sees the signal from the sensor ?
