You will see 100% in the duty cycle gauge.
Even if you can maintain desired AFR but the DC is getting near 100% it is recomanded to switch to bigger injectors to avoid the risk of burning them by running high DC for long periods of time.

I don't know what car you have, but any OEM FPR from an EFI car sould do the job. If you are running MS you don't need any adjustability from the FPR.

You shouldn't have any problems with the 19 lbs. injectors. The only difference from smaller ones is that after you finish tuning the maximum duty cycle will be lower, for example 70% for the bigger injectors instead of 90% for the smaller ones.
Running very oversized injectors can effect the idle ...

Flow rate testing, How?

440cc means 440ccs of fluid per minute (usualy measured at 3 bar of pressure), but you can run the test for let's say 30 seconds and multiple the amount of fluid by 2 to conver to cc/minute.

Basically it involves attaching the enjectors to a fuel rail, FPR and pump, just like in a car, turning everthing on with the injectors pointing into a cups/bottles or any other suitable containers and measuring the amount of fluid collected over set period of time.

How much power from my injectors??

The estimated conversion factor for forced induction is 20%, not 10%. You can fit any OEM FPR that has the right fittings. Webber makes (made?) an adjutable FPR that has plug covering the adjustment screw and was fitted stock on some FIATs. As for the FSE, I think you can try it and only if you see ...

Since the ReqFuel is just the base number that is modified by the VE it doesn't have to be that accurate. You can enter the following injector flow insted of 370:

370*(New fuel pressure/Old fuel presure)^0.5

in other words the new flow if the old flow multiplied by the squre root of the new ...

Just use the "wizard" in Megatune, you enter the injector's flow rate and the engine displacment ant it sets the ReqFuel automatically.

You don't have to connect the vac/boost to the regulator but I feel it will be easier to tune with it connected. The only exception is aftermarket raising rate ...
