European Source for PWM Idle valve?

Post by jonfx4com »

Can anyone help me find a PWM idle valve from a European car. I know some fords have them but I don't know which ones or an part numbers.
Links to a picture would be very helpful then I can pick the best physical fit for my install.

Thanks

James,

what kind of year are we talking about and is it easy to mod them to go inline to replace my stepper valve which has been problematic from day one? It never seems to find the same postion twice.

I was at the junkyard yesterday and most of the fords there had suitable PWM valves. It was just a qustion of finding one easy to remove.

Here is a link to a pdf showing which cars and how they look

Thanks All. I will go to the breakers at the weekend and see if any of these cars are in.
