I can't understand why you need to use -115 deg when you have your delay teeth set to 7? Also there is no offset just for ign 1.
Trigger offset will offset both your ignition out puts the same amount. Are you running wasted spark with 2 coils?
Is this engine running with these settings?

This msq works well on my 90 degree Vtwin Kawasaki, wasted spark, LS2 coils, 36-1 crank wheel, micrsquirt with v 3.46 code. New code and ini files can be found here http://www.microsquirt.com/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=23547 (Dual NarrowBand O2, under wiring and sensors)

After loading the new code in the microsquirt and getting Tuner Studio setup with the new ini files, open the attached msq, burn to ecu, then change wheel settings to;
Number teeth = 24
Missing Teeth= 2
Skip Teeth= 12
Delay Teeth= 13

Be sure to burn changes to controller and then cycle power before checking spark.

Output #1 should be wired to Front cylinder in your drawing. If tach does not read steady, try setting Ignition Input Capture to "Rising Edge", again burn to ecu and cycle power. You asked in an earlier post if cranking trigger has to be set to calculated, with odd angle engine this absolutely has to be set to calculated.

Another good trick if plugs are sparking but your timing light won't flash, open plug gap to approx .090, this will force voltage up where timing lights work better. I have seen this drive people crazy, especially when timing is way off.

Hopefully this sparks correctly for you. One more note, attached msq fuel settings are for propane and narrow band ego correction so they will not work for your application.

The 18 skip tooth msq attached requires 270 degree offset (advance) for #2. If I use 36 skip teeth, then 90 degree offset works. Anyone know why?
