ECU Freezing - Datalog error code

Hi,
We have a Honda CR500 Dirtbike running a Microsquirt on a custom EFI setup
The Bike has been running very well but every now and then it will die or run oddly for a few seconds.
We datalogged this happening, and the Datalog came up with RED LINES when it happened,
Everything froze, the Voltage,RPM signal, Time Secs etc then it started running fine again 6 seconds later
Very odd, also instead of the time elapsed at the bottom of the screen it said
MARK 002 MANUAL 2012_03_23T 16:17:15
I was thinking the red lines on the datalog could be interference , but the bike has run for several hours with no issues, and this symptom happens only sporatically, but seems to be occuring more often

Any help of advice would be most appreciated

This looks like you had electrical noise interfering with serial communications. Are you using non-resistor plugs by any chance?
