You would be using the cam wheel and sensor -instead- of the crank sensor (assuming you're deleting the OEM ignition box). Sequential spark and fuel isn't a big deal; since you're already upgrading the trigger system, you just need to change firmware.

Nice, so a single sensor on a 12-3 cam wheel, got it. I think I see on the wiring manual where it should hook up. So does that mean I would just use the crank sensor as a secondary tach input? I'll have to figure out the changing of firmware :RTFM: .

Hahaha I should have worded that as "I could". Well the sensor was only $15 so I guess its not a huge loss.
