running dual injectors on single

I am hooking up a Yamaha 600cc motor that had dual carbs for the single cylinder. I have found '13 Kawasaki 300Ninja dual throttle body fits perfect in the boot and is a good size for the motor however I need to use both injectors fired at the same time for the motor since the intake runners aren't connected in the head. How do I hook up both injectors as if there is only one but yet not over fuel the motor ? Basically each injector needs to throw 1/2 the amount of fuel per cycle , unless I could get away with only shooting fuel down one side and the other is just air but I'd be worried about a good mixture that way.

Just set it for 1 cylinder, 2 injectors, and simultaneous injector staging.
