You can free-flow into a graduated container at almost any pressure, then multiply the volume and convert the pressure, similar to how they did it here: http://www.bgsoflex.com/FI_tester_doc.pdf although you don't have to go to those extents just to get a reasonable value for making a starting Req_Fuel number.

The garden sprayer idea with an accurate gauge is fantastic! You can use a low-flammability fluid to test at low pressure then convert to relative flow with this calculation: new flow rate = old flow rate × SQRT[new pressure÷old pressure] or use the automated calculator in the MegaManual here: http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/minj.htm#size

Otherwise drop them at an injector testing facility and pay for an accurate answer or, assuming they are clean, look-up the numbers on them for published flows. Sometimes a quick phone call to the original vehicle's dealer service department will get a fast answer. :D

I tested the injectors, Piped them up to the car, 3 bar pressure for 1 min. I had roughly 500ml, Is that 500cc?

Wow, they must be really worn sloppy... Image Actually, they may have been rated at 2.5 bar, or your gauge is off, or the info is misprinted, or, or... In any case they flow at least as much as they're supposed to and your running VE table will tell if the numbers are off. Image

I thought my gauge was off too so I tried another gauge, It is correct. Im pretty baffled.

They are 1998 subaru impreza WRX injectors, Ive posted on a subaru forum and they say that they are 440cc
