To narrow it down, it would help if you posted your hardware version (presumably a microsquirt, but V2 or V3?), code version, MSQ (settings file), a datalog of the problem (so we can see the problem as well as the diagnostic parameters), and a thorough description of your trigger wheel, sensor(s), wiring, and engine configuration.

I'll offer a couple of thoughts seeing as how your issue(s) appear to be still unresolved.
Looking at the image of your tone wheel, I'm suspicious it isn't uniformly shaped. Regardless, one excellent way to flush out problems is to set up your Microsquirt on a test bench with a Jim Stim, and then test your triggering components & settings in a drill press or variable hand drill. You can pickup a Cheap ATV sprocket with say 36 teeth, remove one tooth for original 36/1 format and check your behaviour in the tooth logging menu of Tuner Studio. That way you can see proper function, how fast it has to spin, and any other issues or wrong settings. Then transition functioning stuff back onto perhaps a smaller diameter tone wheel and if it works too, then back to the bike. I did this when I upgraded to sequential ignition and had issues with cranking speed on my single toothed cam sensor (& 36/1 crank wheel). The addition of EFI Analytics little "VR Conditioner" chip now allows sync down as low as about 17rpm.

thanks for your input RT, i too question my trigger wheel, so with that said i am having one made to better and closer tolerances, i will post up results when i get the wheel

okay,made a new and better trigger wheel that is 24-2, i changed settings around and in the tuner studio i get a pretty steady RPM reading, but still very random and not much spark output...dafuq gives? do i have a faulty microsquirt maybe?
