Audi 200 throttle body and fuel rail mounting probs....

Hiya,

Purchased the fuel rail for my 1b audi engine from 034 motorsport, i'm having serious problems mounting it, there just isn't enough clearence (see pic). I've spoken to 034 motorsport who asure me they've sent the correct part... Has anyone else had this problem if so how did you get around it...

Yes, you have the MC throttle body. There is no way the fuel rail will fit, unless you modifie it. One option though, is to get an KH intake manifold...(84-85 5000 turbo's) or an UR intake. These have the "round"
throttle body, and have no clearance issues.
