Innovate LM-1 Analog output for WB - speed of update?

Hi all

Is there any wisdom on here about the speed of the wideband update from the LM-1 analog output to a MS?

I understand I can set the update rate and at the moment i've got it set to 'constant' however it does dance around a bit in the MS when looking at it in MT so I wondered if there is any sense in slowing the update rate down a bit so MS and EGO can have more of a chance to tackle whats going on?
