Big changes on Ve table - no changes at afr !

Post by killerbee »

Hi
Today I start loging the car because there were large misfires , first log at 5500+ RPM the car have 10-10.5:1 AFR and runs bad . I log 5-6 times and make changes and last time with 40% lower Vetable at same point the car runs fast like hell - no misfires but AFR was same all day 10-10.5:1 .
Idle and Cruising modes are perfect I make the right mixture and there were changes as I expected at AFR in these modes but WOT ....
I am think of : the mixture was much lower than 10 at start and at the end of the day it is lower than 10.5:1 and that is because the afr at logs are same ....
I could not lower the Ve to see 11:1 afr at wot because the diff exploded :(

Here are snapshots of first and last log - look at Vetable on right to see 40% lower VE ... please tell me your opinion :

Question:

WHy are the MAP values and RPM values at a different scare for your VE and AFT tables?

I would find it difficult to adjust values with different scales?
