Back at testing the sequencer again, currently running just the ignition - with fuel being provided via the existing MS2.

Noise issues found/resolved

- adding a 2K pullup on the red bootloader input to Vcc and removing the bootloader wire from the ampseal cleaned up the Vcc noise.
- the Vref has about 400mV noise on it with the engine running and the sensor connections not connected but well removed from any noise source - basically hanging off the outside of the fender. I'll work this tonight.

Hey Marc, glad to see you're back on the case.

how is it that the VREF and vcc noise is 2 different issues? i guess i don't fully understand the difference between the 2.

interesting that you are doing ignition only first. when i was running both, i found that the fuel pulses looked great, but the ignition pulses were the problem items (prob because fuel pulses are grounding, and ign is 5v; either vcc or VREF?)
