can the code be tweaked to accept 10 or 12 cylinder motors, but disable cam sync and sequential? should be able to support v10 or v12 in permanent wasted mode. can't the logic level ignition outputs send orders to 2 smart coils at the same time, and the injector drivers could each fire 2 injectors?

Don't even think about it. If you want that you will probably get it eventually in MS3. We are going to use the sequencer for model-based code. If we start modifying it for all engine configurations we will never get to that.
