im looking at the picture on http://www.megamanual.com/seq/ for ls2 coils, and i have a question
Pin B (Signal ground at sequencer).... Is this the sensor ground that my tps, map, temp sensors use?

also, is it acceptable to combine the signal ground wires for 2 coils, into a single wire back to the microquirt? ( assuming the signal ground is aka sensor ground)

The best thing to do with your coils is to ground both the power GND and signal ground locally to the engine. The documents have been updated to reflect this: http://www.useasydocs.com/details/coils.htm

To answer your other question: the power grounds need to be separate wires to one point on the engine block (can be 2 points on a V-type engine). This is because of the heavy current - 1-wire might be insufficient.

The signal grounds are also probably best left as individual wires until they get to the block, to lessen the probability of interference. In your case with such short lengths its not a big deal.
