Some sites for finding fuel injector specifications

Post by Bernard Fife »

Here are some sites that people have submitted with fuel injector identification info, flow rates, etc. Some links may be out of date.
I will add any injector ID links to this message if they are posted in replies to this thread.

If you have additional info to add about fuel injector specs (i.e., not a link), please post them in a reply to this thread.

For example, Fridge Freezer also submitted:

"While we're at it, I've just trawled my Land Rover parts catalogue and found the following:

ERR722 - Majority of (Land) Rover V8's to 1998 3.9, 4.0 & 4.6 and according to that link, the Nissan 280ZX.

Lucas Part#5208001
Flow rate is 18.13lb/hr
Resistance 2.2 Ohms
Dynamic flow 4.62 mg/2.5ms pulse
Static flow 137.2 g/min
Working pressure 2.5 bar / 36.25 PSI

Others used by (Land) Rover (no info at present):
ERR6600 - Discovery II 4.0 and some Range Rovers
ETC6264 & ERR3620 - Later Range Rover 3.5 V8's"

The link that was here originally turned dead, so I replaced it with this Catalog of Accel injectors

Some more Rover V8 injectors, more info as I find it...

BOSCH:
0 280 150 105 (grey) - 3.5 - 18.1lb/hr @ 43psi
0 280 150 227 (black) - 3.9 - ? Looks like they were in 3.5's too
0 280 155 787 (green) - 4.6

Presumably specs are similar to the Lucas ones - Low-Z.

Also some more pictures and things to help injector identification:

Lance, here is another pretty good site with some pretty accurate looking flow ratings. They actually flow test and post there findings.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Witchhunter performance for all of my injector cleaning and flow testing. It is a very nice shop to deal with, high quality work yet affordable.

They are the only shop I have ever found that has all of the proprietary adapters for japanese TBI (like nissan truck, mitsu tbi etc..)

Here is a pdf chart with various japanese top feed injectors.
