Timing jitter... ... ?

I've got some wierdness I'm trying to track down in the charger, and wanted to see if anyone here had any suggestions... Basically, the car is on a megasquirt V3 board, running MSnS-E 29q2, input direct from a locked MSD distributor VR sensor into the V3 board VR circuit. The output is driving an ...

Since I just finished doing it with PVC, I hope you're wrong :P

My oil pump is special order :( so I had time to work on the plumbing today :)

Basically it's just PVC wrapped in insulation, then wrapped again with duct tape. Still trying to think of a good way to make it look better, but function ...

Hm... Ok, I think I'm going to go with PVC, then. Should insulate a good bit naturally, I'll paint inside and wrap in some insulating tape I found recently, then paint the outside of that. I'm sure there's something I could wrap around the outside of the insulation to make it look better.

Of course ...

Air intakes for 4-bbl style throttle bodies...

I've got one of the traditional circle-style air cleaners on my car right now, but I was goofing around and stumbled on this:

In all honesty I can't say they are 'junk' - mine might have been a lemon. Plus, I've never dealt with the new ones...

But you know, a really bad experience makes a person not want to deal with a particular brand again...

Still, I'm just one person, there could be a lot of people who have good ...

I sent you a PM, so you know this much - but if you haven't already got a holley tb, I wouldn't really recommend it... I had all kinds of injector problems with mine... then they stopped manufacturing the injectors and replacing them would have cost nearly $500 (would have had to buy 4 new style ...

Initial timing map, how does this look to start with?

I've had my car running of the distributor timing for a while, and I'm about to go back to MS control. I've read through Lance's highly informative description of an initial map, and I think I'm pretty clear on it, but I wanted to post and see if anyone had any 'gotcha' type errors I should fix ...

Quickie novice starter AFR target tables.. How's this look?

Ok - I've been reading and reading, and since I'm finally starting to really look at the wideband o2 on my car, I generated a 'real' target afr table (instead of just 14.7's everywhere :P) Can anyone give me feedback on how this looks overall?
The engine is a mostly stock (internally) 70's era ...
